International educator and recruiting consultant Jacqueline Mallais joined us from Guadalajara, Mexico, for this episode. 

Jacqueline Mallais, M.Ed., M.A., is a former international teacher and school leader with over 20 years of experience in six countries on four continents. Originally from Ottawa, Canada, now living in beautiful Guadalajara, Mexico, she offers her consulting services to teachers looking for personal help and guidance on their job search journey. Since heading overseas in 1996, Jacqueline has helped many teachers secure amazing opportunities abroad. 

The guiding question for this episode is “what are the first steps to take in your recruiting journey?”.

We covered questions first-timers need to ask themselves, document preparation, the recruitment process, and helpful recruiting resources.
